Arizona Reg with CGY750 and R6208SB
« on: March 18, 2012, 08:32:32 PM »
Hi all,

I have decided to convert N9 #1 to FBL...suprise...suprise ;D ;D. My other N9 has a Scott Gray Reactor X2 however I don't want to buy another one of these for the conversion process. So I would like to keep the Fromeco Arizona that is installed at the moment to keep $$$ down.

However I am little confused about the wiring :-[. For the record I have the following; CGY750, R6208 SBUS Rx, BLS451's cyclic, BLS254 throttle and BLS251 for tail. I have a Fromeco 5200mAh LiIon 7.4V Rx pack.

I want to run the cyclics on 6V and the tail on 5V. Throttle I am not too worried about.

With the GY701 I have the 6V source (Red connector) on the SBUS cable between (inline with) the GY701 and Rx. The 5V source (Green connector) is plugged into the battery/Ch 8 port on the Rx.

Can I do this the same with the CGY750? Or do I plug the 5V source (green connectors) from the reg in between the CGY750 and the tail servo to run it on 5V?

Sorry if I have confused anyone.

Thanks for your help.

Kind Regards
Scott
