The
Synergy Store sells the hard to find parts not commonly sold by the regular vendors. This is a very nice addition. I see this new store as a commitment from Matt to making sure that pilots can get the parts they need, regardless of what vendors want to keep in their stock.
HeliDirect has frequent 10% discounts and occasional 11%, 12% and 15% discounts. Free shipping on orders of $100 and over. Customer service is excellent.
Experience RC also has frequent 10% discounts with occasional larger discounts. Free
shipping on orders over $100. I have never had to deal with their customer service, so I can't comment on it.A Main Hobbies does not offer discounts as frequently, but has free slow shipping and/or discounted fast shipping on orders over $25. Customer service is excellent, but they don't specialize on Synergy helis.I was originally apprehensive about investing in Synergy helis out of concern of parts availability. It turned out that Synergy parts are just as easy to find and acquire as the more commonly known helicopter brands. As a result, I am on my 3rd Synergy heli.
