ok great, but what about the main gear? Its not that hot but it is warm, I just don't want to lose a main.

Like Bob said, check the backlash between your main gear and pinion. There should be a little play between the teeth, they shouldn't be jammed together.

All is great now,  ;D ;D ;D
 I applied some lube. After a good flight I checked the temp and its @ 145 to 150. Gears are cool/backlash is good as well.
